  • Heading to Downtown Victoria? Look no further than the Harbour Ferry Stop right at the marina. Transit by bus, cycling and walking are also options for heading to town or enjoying the sights! Explore the area.

Please note Eagle and Thunderbird sites are not configured for Fifth-wheels or Trailers (sites 3-19). No exceptions.

RATE DETAILS

Rates
Rates are as outlined on our website: www.victoriarv.com/rates. Rates run from April 1 through March 31 each year. There is a non-refundable $3.50 reservation fee per reservation. Peak Season rates will apply to long weekends and holidays.

Weekly Rates
Subject to availability and only apply if the Guest stays in the same unit (site or slip) for seven (7) consecutive nights. Weekly rates are only offered between the months of November to March.

Monthly Rates
Subject to availability and only apply if the Guest stays in the same unit (site or slip) from the 1st of the month, to the 1st of the following month. RV Resort monthly rates are available November 1 - April 1 only, and will require a 'Seasonal Rental Agreement' to be signed and dated by the guest prior to arrival. Peak Season rates will apply to long weekends and holidays. For monthly bookings, rates include up to $50.00 Hydro usage. Anything over this threshold will be billed at the applicable rate set by BC Hydro.

Lock Fees
Your unit type (site or slip) and amenities are guaranteed, however you might get moved to another unit similar to the one you have selected in order to optimize our unit availability. You can guarantee the unit you have chosen by paying the lock fee. Lock Fees are non-refundable.

Peak Season
May 1 - September 30, the maximum permitted stay is (30) days.

Off-Peak Season (Shoulder & Winter Stays)
October 1 - April 30, the maximum permitted stay is (6) months. Monthly rates are available November - March only. For more information regarding winter stays, please click here. Peak Season rates will apply to long weekends and holidays.

  • DEPOSITS

    1. There is a non-refundable $3.50 reservation fee, per reservation, per month; this is additional to the reservation deposit.

    2. Nightly rate reservations require a deposit of one nights stay (plus applicable fees).

    3. Weekly rate reservations require a deposit of 30% of total stay (plus applicable fees).

    4. Monthly rate reservations require a deposit of 50% of the last month at the time of booking (this amount varies by site type). This deposit is accepted by cash, debit, e-transfer or cheque only. Credit cards will not be accepted as a form of payment.

    CANCELLATIONS
    Including changes to reservations and reducing days. This pertains to unforeseen circumstances involving personal health or that of someone else; extreme weather; COVID-related border or region closures and transportation or RV problems. Please note all refunds will be returned to the original method of payment used.

    1. Cancellation requests must be submitted via written notice via the guest portal or via email to reservations@victoriarv.com. Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted.

    2. Any changes to reservations that include moving dates or reducing the number of days in a booking is considered a cancellation and the cancellation policies will apply. Lock Fees are non-refundable.

    3. Once checked in for your reservation, reducing the length of your stay will result in the deposit being forfeited at which point, a new deposit will need to be taken to secure the new booking dates. Any deposits paid to secure a booking within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable if cancellation occurs.

      Nightly and Weekly Rate Reservations

      1. Notice (14) days or more from the check-in date: a $30 + GST administration fee will be charged per site to refund the deposit.

      2. Notice (13) days or less from the check-in date: Deposits are non-refundable.

      Monthly Rate Reservations

      1. Notice (60) days or more from the check-in date: a charge of 50% of total payments will be applied to refund the deposit.

      2. Notice (59) days or less from the check-in date: an additional charge of 25% (totaling 75%) of total payments will be applied to refund the deposit.

      3. Notice (29) days or less from the check-in date: Deposits are non-refundable.

    PAYMENT

    1. The remaining balance for your reservation is due upon arrival, except Monthly Rate reservations, which are due on the first of each month. Once the balance is paid, it is non-refundable. No refunds or deposits will be returned if the check out date is altered, no matter how much notice.

    2. Any unpaid deposits 48 hours past the booking date will result in the original tentative reservation being cancelled.

  • Check in time is at 1:00pm. Check out time is at 11:00am. Moving sites? You are required to stay until you are able to move sites.

    If you are checking in after hours and require access to the facilities, an instructional email will be sent the afternoon of your arrival.

  • Garbage & Recycling
    Please use the provided access code, and follow instructional signage. The disposal of personal garbage and recycling in the laundry room, washrooms and showers is strictly prohibited. NO baby wipes, paper towel, feminine products, plastics of any kind, dental floss, grease or fat in the toilets or down the drains; please put in the garbage.

    Visitors
    Visitors are required to check-in at the office and are not permitted in the Clubhouse. Sites should not exceed six occupants.


    Utilities
    Please ensure only toilet paper and natural waste go into the sewer (this includes in the clubhouse building). Our water has high pressure; please use a pressure reducer.

    Quiet Time & Privacy
    Please respect your neighbours. Quiet time hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am. Refrain from entering or walking through others' sites.

    Campfires
    Woodfires are not permitted. Propane fire pits are available for rent at the office (propane tank not included).

    Children
    Children must be supervised at all times. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Clubhouse unattended.

    Tenting
    Car camping, tenting and canopy structures are not permitted.

    Pets
    Pets must remain secured on a leash at all times. You are required to pick-up after your pet. Please inform staff if you plan on leaving them unattended. Pets are not permitted in the facilities. Excessive noise or allowing pets to roam off leash could result in you being asked to leave the Resort.

    Parking
    Reserved parking spots are for local residents only. Additional vehicles or guests are required to pay for parking and must display a valid pass. Parking on grass and roadways is not permitted.

    Site Use
    Please keep your site clean at all times. Please do not move picnic table or secure anything into the grass. Irrigation system operates nightly during the summer months. Smoking is permitted on your site only. Please close awnings when leaving rig unattended, as we are subject to strong winds.

    Facilities
    Dish washing is not permitted in the washrooms or laundry room. Do not dispose of site garbage in the facilities. Clubhouse use is closely monitored.

    Environment
    Respect our environment. Do NOT feed wildlife. Washing of unit is prohibited.

  • From Up Island
    Take the Highway #1 South. Exit at the McKenzie Avenue/Admirals Road interchange, follow Admirals Road south and turn left onto Lyall Street. Stay on Lyall Street, we are at the very end.

  • When exiting the ferry terminal, turn left onto Belleville Street. Continue on Belleville until you merge onto Blanshard Street (Highway #17). Continue on Blanshard Street for around 6km and take exit #7 heading west on McKenzie Avenue. Once you cross the Trans-Canada Highway, McKenzie Avenue will turn into Admirals Rd. Continue until you hit Lyall Street and take a left. Stay on Lyall Street and we are at the very end.

  • Take the Patricia Bay Highway #17 South. Take exit #7 and turn right (west) onto McKenzie Avenue. Once you cross the Trans-Canada Highway, Mackenzie Avenue will turn into Admirals Rd. Continue until you hit Lyall Street and take a left. Stay on Lyall Street and we are at the very end.
